New China Customs Requirements

The General Administration of Customs China (GACC) notified of an adjustment to the rules of importing and exporting for China.
The new rules go into effect 1st June 2018.
Changes focus on Shippers and Agents being responsible for data accuracy and completion. Innacurate, inadequete or late data may now incure penalties by Chinese government.
--Cargo Description must be complete and accurate.(As per IATA TACT rule section 6.2
--The full contact details of the Shipper and Consignee are mandatory, including the enterprise Codes (for Australia this is the company registration number).
