Hutchison Port Closure

A workplace investigation has commenced at Hutchison Port Sydney closing the port until further notice.
Two container shuttles crashed into eachother resulting in a 55 year old woman falling from a height of over 10 meters. Now fighting for her life, the port employee is in an induced coma at St George Hospital.
The result of the accident was an immediate shut down of all port operations. Since late Thursday container slots have been cancelled and the distruption continues today.
Its unknown when normal operations will resume. Container vessels arriving after Thursday are now reportedly being re-directed to the Patricks terminal.
